I'm sure I may be a little biased in this list because I have been smoking for so many years and I know what it's like to have a craving for cigarettes. This list is for those people who are trying to quit smoking and are looking for something that works.
1. VantagePoint – The easiest, and most successful, way to quit smoking. It's very simple and requires no "prestigious" certification. I highly recommend the VantagePoint. It's free, it's the most effective, and it helps you quit smoking at a reasonable price. It will help you quit for life. 2. NRT – Nicotine Replacement Therapy. This is the "alternative" to smoking. It's a good thing that we have this one. Some people use it as a substitute for cigarettes, but that's not a real alternative to smoking. It only helps you quit, and you get some of the health benefits from it. In my opinion, it's much better than a real cigarette. 3. Natural and Non-Sugary Foods. Most people want to quit smoking, but not the same amount of time and with the same effort. They are tempted to buy the nicotine-rich products that they think will help them quit, but they don't.
